The most common tax forms are available at the St. Helena Library during tax season. 

Information on federal and state taxes can be obtained online. You may print out forms/instructions on library computers, the cost for printing is .10 a page. 

Free Help with Filling Taxes for Taxpayers with Low or Medium Income                                                                                                             

The St. Helena Public Library in partnership with United Way Bay Area and the IRS, offers a free, volunteer-run tax preparation service for low-and middle-income persons  and those who cannot afford paid tax service.

Please bring the following with you when you come:
-Copy of last year’s IRS & CA income tax return
-Social Security benefit statement for 2019
-1099 forms for interest, dividends & other income
-1099-R forms from your pension or annuity
-Driver’s License and Social Security cards for all taxpayers and Social Security cards for all dependents listed on your return.

You may wish to eFile IRS & CA even if you don’t owe taxes to protect your SSN from Identity Theft and Fraud.
