The Library Board of Trustees is appointed by the Mayor with the consent of the City Council.
The regular meeting of the Library Board is held the second Wednesday of each month at 5:00 p.m. in the Community Meeting Room at the St. Helena Public Library, 1492 Library Lane, St. Helena, CA 94574. All meetings are open to the public.
