The Library Board of Trustees is appointed by the Mayor with the consent of the City Council. It consists of seven members who each serve 2 year terms. The regular meeting of the Library Board is held the second Wednesday of each month at 5:00 p.m. in the Community Meeting Room at the St. Helena Public Library, 1492 Library Lane, St. Helena, CA 94574. All meetings are open to the public.
