To register for a permanent library card, you will need to provide:

Adults:

Current picture identification (I.D.)

Current address verification  (mail, lease, etc.)

18 and Under:

Signature of a parent or legal guardian.

e-CARD

The e-Card is an electronically produced and distributed library card that offers significant, but limited access to our resources. With an e-card, customers can access electronic databases and place holds in the online catalog remotely.

An e-Card does NOT provide access to check out books or media including eBooks and eMedia (Overdrive / Hoopla / Kanopy). A permanent library card is needed for these services.  You must be a Solano County or St. Helena resident to receive an e-Card.
