As the holiday season subsides and the new year begins, many of us use this as a time for reflection and setting intentions for the year ahead. Lead by Mindfulness therapist Dr. Specterman we will explore how a more mindful attitude and practice can help us do so by feeling more grounded in our deepest values.

We will review basic principles of mindfulness and try a few simple meditation practices that can help us access clarity of mind, depth of heart and the wisdom that can guide us as we put into action our most important goals and aspirations for the new year.
