Renee Austin is and always has been a storyteller. Her new series , “American Chaos,” grew out of news reports of mass shootings, restricted rights and fake news. It is meant as a wake up call to inspire people to think about the problems surrounding Americans today and to use their voice to vote for people and policies that will help calm the chaos.
