DESCRIPTION:<p>Marvin&nbsp;has been dabbling in oil paint for almost sixty years. He was a cartoonist for The Daily Aztec newspaper at San Diego State College in the early&nbsp;‘60s, and for several years&nbsp;had a cartoon strip published in a weekly San Diego County newspaper. He does traditional landscapes, still- lifes, and the occasional pet portrait; with his&nbsp;cartoonist state of mind, many of the paintings include a humorous twist involving puns and word play.</p>

<p>Marvin lleva casi sesenta años incursionando en la pintura al óleo. Fue caricaturista del periódico The Daily Aztec en el San Diego State College a principios de los 60s, y durante varios años publicó una tira cómica en un periódico semanal del condado de San Diego. Realiza paisajes tradicionales, naturalezas fijas y algún que otro retrato de mascotas; debido a su condición de caricaturista, muchos de sus cuadros tienen un toque humorístico con juegos de palabras.</p>
