If they find suitable openings, they can send their resume. Employers can enter job listings and browse resumes of job seekers. Free registration is required.

Craigslist
A San Francisco and Sacramento site provides a medium for posting messages under the type of jobs. The only fee is for job postings. A "collection of local career websites. Job seekers may search for [free for] local jobs by distance from a given zip code, category or keyword… Employers may post job openings" for a fee. Includes sites for San Jose, Oakland, Riverside, San Diego, Los Angeles, Orange County, Sacramento, and San Francisco (as well as Alaska). Job seekers can post a resume at no charge.
