The St. Helena Public Library offers state-of-the-art library services and award-winning programs to residents and visitors to UpValley Napa.
St. Helena’s library has also been recognized for innovative programs and services, including receiving high honors in Library Journal’s national survey of public libraries for four consecutive years. The LJ Index gives three, four or five stars to the top libraries in the country and our library received a five-star rating in 2008 and 2010. The LJ Index scores are based on four per capita services: library visits, circulation, program attendance, and public Internet computer use. The St. Helena Library was one of only three California libraries to receive top honors, and the only one in Northern California.
